ABA Centers of America seeks a Marketing Creative Services Intern for academic credit to assist the creative team with visual asset development across digital and print media, offering hands-on learning in a supportive, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in creating visual materials for digital channels including social media, email, and websites, as well as print items like flyers, brochures, and event collateral
- Practice adapting, resizing, and versioning graphics while upholding brand guidelines and quality standards
- Work alongside U.S. and international team members to understand cross-functional and global creative processes
- Help prepare and organize final design files, following protocols for formatting, precision, and brand compliance
- Join brainstorming meetings and reviews to share ideas and refine designs based on input
- Support corporate photo and video productions by learning planning, setup, lighting, and capture techniques
- Observe production elements such as equipment preparation, sound management, and on-site assistance
- Understand how to manage and archive post-production content using tools like Frame.io
- Aid in project management by sorting files, monitoring tasks, and exploring workflow platforms like ClickUp or Asana
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a college or university program, ideally one providing internship credit
- Studying Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Keen eye for detail and eagerness to develop skills in a creative workspace
- Capacity to remain organized and handle various assignments in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration abilities, open to feedback and improvement
- Prepared to complete onboarding processes, such as background checks if needed
- Ready to enter into a company Non-Disclosure Agreement
