Join the Community team as a Community Builder & Engagement Lead (apprenticeship) to grow and animate a national network of educators. Daily work centers on recruiting teachers, nurturing relationships, organizing community events, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support editorial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage teachers by conducting outreach calls, presenting collaborative projects, qualifying profiles, and guiding new members through onboarding and administrative steps
• Manage daily community interactions, respond to teacher inquiries, support animation initiatives and events, and drive member retention and recognition
• Maintain and enrich the CRM by qualifying educator profiles, producing targeted lists and ensuring data integrity across all community records

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in business, communication or project management with strong interest in community dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and comfort conducting outreach conversations by phone
• Proactive builder mindset with ability to inspire engagement and foster community growth
• Structured, analytical approach with rigorous attention to data quality and CRM management
• Respect for the teaching profession and commitment to highlighting educators expertise
