Own and scale the full organic content and audience growth strategy for a media platform focused on quantitative finance careers, driving attention that converts into student applications and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead content strategy across YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, newsletters, and community channels
  • Conduct audience research and market intelligence to surface stories and topics relevant to aspiring quants
  • Develop content ideas, hooks, titles, thumbnails, creative briefs, and recurring editorial franchises
  • Create and execute student success stories, firm profiles, salary guides, recruiting insights, and career-focused material
  • Drive organic lead generation from content to applications and booked calls
  • Own the content calendar, production workflow, and performance tracking with continuous iteration
  • Manage and grow a team of editors, researchers, producers, and contractors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building or scaling an organic content engine
  • Strong grasp of YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, and newsletter performance tactics
  • Ability to translate technical or niche subjects into engaging narratives
  • Expertise in hooks, titles, thumbnails, audience retention, and psychological triggers
  • Creative yet data-driven mindset with focus on lead and revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing editors, researchers, producers, and external contractors
  • Comfort with high-ownership, fast-paced startup environments
