Lead end-to-end multimedia content strategy for a patient-focused nonprofit, overseeing webinars, podcasts, short-form video, and social assets while aligning production with education, outreach, and development priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a multimedia content strategy spanning webinars, podcasts, short-form video, and social platforms.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the webinar program: topic and speaker coordination, production, distribution, and performance tracking.
  • Produce and edit podcast series and short-form video assets from concept through publishing.
  • Maintain asset storage systems and collaborate with contract vendors on in-person event coverage.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications and Development teams to create content supporting education, clinical outreach, and fundraising.
  • Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine formats, platforms, and future strategy.
  • Track emerging digital trends and recommend new tools or approaches to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on multimedia production experience delivering webinars, podcasts, and video end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Riverside, StreamYard, etc.).
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Portfolio demonstrating webinars, podcasts, social content, and video work.
  • Experience building relationships with physicians, patients, and external partners; prior vendor-management experience.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and using data to guide content decisions.
  • Comfort with AI tools for content creation and willingness to incorporate evolving technologies.
  • Willingness to travel 3–5 times per year, including occasional international trips.
  • Strongly preferred: healthcare/medical-education content experience, photography skills, Salesforce or similar CRM experience, and nonprofit setting background.
