Key Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy for priority brands, campaigns and omnichannel activation plans
- Define content ecosystems supporting brand growth across paid, owned and earned channels
- Translate brand platforms and media plans into high-performing, channel-specific content
- Partner with Creative, Design, Media and Brand teams to deliver distinctive campaigns
- Develop frameworks, briefing standards and scalable working methods to raise content quality and efficiency
- Drive content excellence across social, digital, e-commerce, CRM, shopper marketing and video
- Apply insights, analytics and performance data to optimise creative effectiveness
- Build scalable modular content systems to improve speed, consistency and ROI across markets
- Lead and develop Content Managers and foster a collaborative content community
- Manage external agencies, production partners and freelancers to ensure quality delivery
- Champion innovation in content production including AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Support content operations, workflow governance, budget optimisation and KPI delivery
Qualifications
- Significant senior-level experience in content strategy, creative leadership, campaign development or content production
- Strong background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail or fast-moving consumer industries
- Proven experience developing integrated content strategies across digital and omnichannel environments
- Deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media including social, e-commerce, video and CRM
- Strong commercial mindset linking creative output to business and media objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders in matrix organisations
- Strong creative judgement and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
- Experience leading teams and developing talent in fast-paced international organisations
- Knowledge of content operations, localisation, modular systems and scalable asset creation
- Familiarity with performance measurement, analytics and content optimisation
- Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies in content creation
- Fluent professional English; additional European languages a plus
