Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts and ensure exceptional service across multiple Amazon brands
- Execute strategies to drive sales and optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal teams in PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to implement client plans
- Serve as a trusted client partner by handling relationship management, operational tasks, and optimization efforts
- Engage in internal husks for team-building, peer collaboration, and learning from senior leaders
- Participate in weekly upskilling sessions to mentor and support team members
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership positions
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and achieving quantifiable outcomes
- Robust leadership abilities, including experience leading teams across various functions and locations
- Proficiency in Amazon operations, encompassing PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising
- Superior organizational abilities with strong focus on details in task management, reporting, and workflows
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and client-oriented setting
- Knowledge of project and task management tools such as ClickUp
