Pepper seeks a talented Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives, amplifying the brand’s voice across campaigns, content, and launches to foster community growth and establish cultural relevance for this DTC intimate apparel brand focused on empowering small-chested women.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end integrated campaign strategy and execution across channels like ads, email, site, and social, including defining annual calendars aligned with sales and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with project management to establish go-to-market processes, timelines, and support content creation, shoots, and activations.
- Develop community-oriented campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and activations to boost engagement and awareness, translating brand vision into strategies that enhance organic reach and affinity.
- Partner with social, PR, and influencer teams to create user-generated content and secure launch coverage.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, deliver recaps with insights from data, research, and surveys to optimize strategies.
- Maintain marketing tools such as strategy decks, timelines, calendars, and priorities; lead cross-functional alignment with digital, social, CX, merchandising, and planning teams.
Qualifications
- Passion for Pepper’s mission to challenge body standards and align with the brand’s ethos.
- At least 4 years in brand or integrated marketing at a social-first ecommerce consumer brand.
- Track record of successful, emotionally engaging campaigns.
- Blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Curious, proactive, adaptable to cultural trends; strong in organization, communication, collaboration, and project management.
- Skilled visual and verbal storyteller comfortable in fast-paced startups managing priorities and stakeholders.
