Lead LATAM brand identity and creative direction for a fintech trading platform, shaping culturally resonant campaigns that build awareness and trust among regional traders while bridging global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive LATAM creative strategy including campaign ideas, messaging, tone of voice, and overall brand direction.
  • Develop and adapt campaigns to grow brand awareness and attract new traders while positioning the company as a top CFD broker in the region.
  • Localize global brand campaigns and assets into culturally relevant concepts for Latin American audiences.
  • Act as primary liaison between the LATAM team and the global Creative Studio to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and execution-ready.
  • Manage and mentor the Social Media & Content Manager, guiding content strategy and creative execution across channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and regional communications.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory requirements for all campaigns.
  • Support IB and Affiliate teams by creating co-branded assets and campaign toolkits.
  • Identify and leverage regional trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities for timely campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers while upholding creative quality standards.
  • Track and analyze brand and campaign performance to refine creative strategy.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally with both agency and client-side exposure.
  • Proven success building or relaunching a brand or leading regional creative for a global brand in LATAM.
  • Deep cultural fluency across key Latin American markets.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated, trust-sensitive industry.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with ability to develop campaign ideas from brief through presentation.
  • Experience managing or mentoring creative or content team members.
  • Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content.
  • Proficiency in English.
