Key Responsibilities

  • Manage brand execution and identity by upholding visual guidelines, voice standards, and consistent messaging across all platforms and interactions.

  • Design and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns supporting program expansion and fundraising goals, utilizing owned, earned, and paid media with data-informed audience targeting.

  • Coordinate branding for events and sponsorships, handling materials, visuals, and liaison duties with sponsor teams.

  • Direct the regional Marketing Intern Program by guiding structure, content production, and mentorship for young professionals.
  • Oversee external partners like designers, photographers, and writers to deliver quality outputs without an internal creative department.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in marketing with expertise in planning and implementation.
  • Proven ability to apply and maintain brand consistency in distributed settings.
  • Experience in creating and running multi-channel campaigns with quantifiable results.
