As a Brand Designer at Panorama Education, you will enhance the company’s brand identity through visual storytelling, creating engaging designs for K-12 school districts and supporting marketing efforts across digital, print, and event platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce impactful visuals for marketing campaigns in digital and print formats
- Handle full production of creative assets including presentations, reports, social media content, paid ads, print materials, event graphics, and promotional items
- Incorporate motion graphics and basic animations to enhance campaign narratives and engagement
- Update and maintain visual brand guidelines for consistent application company-wide
- Lead multiple design projects from ideation to completion in a dynamic setting, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Partner with Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to create unified designs that highlight brand and product value
- Apply performance data to refine designs, especially for social and display content, to boost engagement
- Monitor design trends and propose innovative ideas to streamline processes and refresh the brand’s visual appeal
- Explore AI tools to innovate brand presentation, increase creative scalability, and ensure organizational consistency
Qualifications
- At least three years in design positions, preferably in B2B SaaS marketing or agencies
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign designs across various channels; include a link when applying
- Strong skills in visual design for presentations, performance assets, social media, motion graphics, and print; web design experience is a plus
- Capacity to ideate and execute creative work aligned with marketing and business aims
- Proficiency in communicating design ideas to stakeholders and integrating feedback
- Skill in managing independent work amid multiple projects and stakeholders
- Solid project management abilities
- Familiarity with using data to guide creative choices
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Active use of AI tools for improving design workflow, output, and teamwork
