The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of brand strategy and marketing execution across multiple channels for a digital marketing company, including managing the CEO’s personal brand, driving paid and organic lead generation, and shaping overall marketing direction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand strategy, visual identity, voice, and positioning across all platforms.
  • Manage the CEO’s personal brand and social media presence to build authority.
  • Oversee all company social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead paid advertising strategy, media buying, and funnel optimization on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create conversion-focused copy for ads, social, email, and landing pages with strong offer angles.
  • Build organic content strategy and lead generation through SEO, content calendar, and community engagement.
  • Partner with video team to ensure high production quality for all content types.
  • Refine front-end offers, funnel messaging, and conversion architecture.
  • Develop full campaign concepts including hooks, angles, and marketing frameworks.
  • Own quarterly marketing roadmap, KPI tracking, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Position the company as a premier brand through public-facing content and partnerships.
  • Optimize GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools for campaigns and CRM.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in branding, social media marketing, and marketing management with proven results.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and equity protection.
  • Expert-level copywriting skills in direct response and sales-focused messaging.
  • Hands-on paid media and media buying experience on Facebook/Instagram and YouTube including CPL, ROAS, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven organic lead generation experience with social media scaling.
  • Creative strategy development for full campaigns including hooks, angles, and visuals.
  • Multi-platform social mastery across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Video content and post-production direction experience.
  • Data-driven decision making and analytics literacy.
  • GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in high-ticket B2B, coaching, or consulting space is a significant advantage.
