Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement data-driven marketing strategies for all divisional communities, aligning with regional management directives, business objectives, and sales projections.
- Perform continuous evaluations of community performance, market trends, consumer patterns, and competitor actions to inform marketing strategies and assess community vitality.
- Conduct routine visits to community sites to maintain operational awareness.
- Create and deliver comprehensive divisional marketing plans, objectives, and campaign results to divisional and corporate leadership.
- Contribute marketing expertise to business planning discussions and partner with executives on pricing, product positioning, and absorption tactics for new communities.
- Oversee the divisional marketing schedule to align initiatives with product introductions, sales targets, seasonal factors, and inventory demands.
- Collaborate with division presidents and leaders on launch strategies for new communities, encompassing branding and pre-opening promotions.
- Assist in developing sales team capabilities, including regular participation in monthly sales meetings.
- Work with regional management to establish, monitor, and report on the divisional advertising budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least three years of advancing marketing experience, including strategy and planning.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns using data and performance metrics.
- Solid business insight and proficiency in partnering with senior executives on market entry tactics and community expansion plans.
