Trade Marketing Manager role involves leading trade marketing efforts by creating and executing initiatives aligned with corporate goals, acting as a key connector across marketing, innovation, sales, and regional teams to drive category growth and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute channel and customer campaigns using consumer insights, category strategies, and global tools
  • Define business strategies per category, identify market opportunities, and propose product rationalization plans
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives, campaigns, and launches in collaboration with stakeholders, evaluating product impacts
  • Forecast new products, analyze sales data, and generate demand plans for campaigns and promotions
  • Validate profitability of trade conditions, recommend pricing, and manage promotional strategies and incentives
  • Co-design brand activation at point of sale, oversee merchandising, inventory, and negotiate POS materials
  • Develop and control trade marketing budgets in partnership with marketing leads
  • Coordinate with BTL agencies, communicate brand value, and monitor implementation of trade plans
  • Track metrics, report results, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel, handling performance and disciplinary matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, finance, or marketing
  • One year experience in business intelligence or sales analyst role
  • Proficiency in database programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Skills in SAP sales module and mobile devices
  • Ability to recommend solutions based on data analysis from systems or imperfect information
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Understanding of business processes and procedures
  • Strong technical, report-running, and analytical abilities
  • Problem troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple teams
