Cloud9 is recruiting a skilled Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate marketing campaigns and initiatives that boost brand visibility, audience interaction, and income streams. This position demands a blend of creativity, strategy, and robust project oversight, contributing to the Marketing team within the Product Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete campaign lifecycle involving marketing, content, social media, merchandise, graphics, partnerships, and operations teams
  • Develop and oversee campaign briefs, schedules, milestones, and asset delivery processes
  • Guarantee timely, budgeted, and high-quality completion of campaign elements
  • Maintain current project records and ensure stakeholder access
  • Act as primary liaison for cross-team campaign coordination, ensuring process, message, asset, and deliverable consistency
  • Deliver regular status reports, facilitate weekly meetings, update project trackers, and handle stakeholder expectations
  • Detect and promptly address risks, obstacles, and interdependencies
  • Refine project management procedures, templates, and systems
  • Organize documentation including briefs, trackers, timelines, and reviews
  • Establish uniform standards for project intake, prioritization, and implementation
  • Create after-campaign analyses to evaluate outcomes and enhance future efforts
  • Suggest optimizations using data and feedback
  • Engage in brainstorming for campaigns and propose innovative approaches
  • Perform market and audience research to shape strategies and content
  • Monitor trends in industry, platforms, and technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years in marketing, including 1 year in project management
  • Track record handling intricate marketing projects and multi-channel efforts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in dynamic settings with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Notion
  • Superior organization and detail orientation
  • Skill in handling deadlines, budgets, and diverse teams
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing metrics and performance indicators
  • Practical problem-solving in ambiguous situations
  • Strong listening with focus on comprehension
