The Marketing & Community Manager will spearhead regional branding efforts, cultivate communities, and forge partnerships to establish Vortexa as a leader in high-growth energy markets, collaborating with headquarters, sales, and analyst teams to deliver tangible business results through comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies in alignment with global branding and go-to-market objectives to enhance Vortexa’s visibility at industry events, online platforms, and partner networks.
  • Create and manage engagement programs such as roundtables, forums, and small events to strengthen connections with customers, prospects, partners, and influencers, positioning Vortexa as a key industry hub.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns, events, and content to expand reach and integrate into new audiences and ecosystems.
  • Organize regional events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and executive meetings, handling all aspects from planning and budgeting to execution and follow-up.
  • Adapt and promote Vortexa’s market insights and intelligence through local channels and events, ensuring relevance and integration into regional discussions.
  • Work alongside sales and commercial teams to synchronize marketing, community, and partnership activities with revenue targets, while monitoring and reporting on their effects on leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, regional or field marketing, community management, or partnerships, preferably in technology, SaaS, energy, or financial sectors.
  • Track record of creating and delivering regional marketing strategies that boost brand recognition, engagement, and sales pipeline.
  • Proven expertise in managing full-cycle in-person and virtual events, including conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, and workshops.
  • Practical knowledge of digital tools like email, social media, content marketing, and webinars to amplify regional efforts.
  • Experience collaborating across functions with sales, product/analyst, and central marketing teams in matrix or global settings.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo for tracking activities, contacts, and return on investment.
  • Robust grasp of B2B marketing integration across physical and digital mediums, with ability to tailor campaigns to local cultural and customer contexts.
  • Analytical capabilities to analyze data, spot patterns, and guide decisions based on evidence.
  • Strong project and budget oversight skills, enabling concurrent management of diverse initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence abilities with internal and external parties.
  • Organized, detail-focused, autonomous operator who excels in dynamic, scaling environments and embraces innovative problem-solving with data-informed adjustments.
