Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee experience, employer branding, and engagement initiatives that strengthen retention, culture, and ProCaps’ reputation as an employer of choice throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies and content to attract talent, including social media, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Design and continuously improve employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, wellness activities, surveys, and onboarding experiences.
  • Create and manage internal communications such as newsletters, presentations, and digital channels to support transparency and culture alignment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, celebrations, and community involvement programs while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze engagement data and program metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders on action plans addressing employee feedback and support cross-departmental onboarding and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or Employer Branding.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content and employer branding programs.
  • Demonstrated success developing and running engagement, recognition, culture, and/or employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills for crafting messaging and collaborating across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with employee surveys, data analysis, and providing recommendations based on insights (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • High professionalism, creativity, initiative, and customer service orientation in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
