We seek a skilled, attentive designer with a modern marketing mindset to integrate into our team, merging robust visual creativity and web oversight to craft captivating brand interactions on digital and print channels, requiring expertise in design tools, site architecture, and online marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create contemporary, high-caliber graphics for occasions, online promotions, sites, social platforms, email initiatives, slides, and printed materials.
• Produce data visuals, artwork, and animated elements to bolster promotional and outreach efforts.
• Uphold and refine branding standards to ensure uniformity in all visual outputs, partnering with leaders and colleagues on innovative concepts.
• Oversee and refresh the corporate site via a CMS like WordPress or Drupal, prioritizing aesthetics, usability, inclusivity, and search optimization.
• Address and fix site problems, working with tech and dev groups as needed, while tracking performance metrics to suggest enhancements for better visitor interaction.
• Support digital efforts by developing materials for advertising, bulletins, and launches, refining visuals and formats for online, mobile, and display uses, and keeping abreast of design trends, web norms, and new tech.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s in graphic design, web design, multimedia, or comparable field, or matching work history.
• Possess knowledge of user experience and interface principles.
• Demonstrate capability in animated graphics and video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or Capcut.
• Bring over two years of hands-on work in graphic creation and site administration.
• Excel in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD, or alternatives.
• Be adept with CMS systems such as Ghost.io, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, or Shopify.
• Show strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, meticulousness, and grasp of AI-enhanced processes for productivity.
• Ideally, have exposure to AI and high-performance computing domains, plus basics in HTML, CSS, and web coding, and skills in capturing photos and videos for events.
