Oversee divisional marketing efforts for a prominent homebuilder by crafting strategies that align with corporate goals, drive sales through targeted campaigns, and foster partnerships to enhance market positioning and community absorption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term marketing strategies to support sales, revenue, and strategic objectives.
  • Recommend marketing approaches for housing communities, including presentations, model homes, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
  • Analyze financial, technological, and demographic trends to identify opportunities and counter competition.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing on advertisements and promotions across print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Evaluate product positioning, packaging, and pricing to maximize market share.
  • Monitor competitors’ products and marketing efforts in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Perform marketing surveys on product concepts and provide insights for development.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports to executive management.
  • Ensure consistent corporate image and brand across all products, materials, and events.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience; homebuilding experience required.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills for engaging executive managers.

  • Proven marketing expertise and innovative mindset.
