Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent discipline.
- At least two years in marketing oversight or account executive positions.
- At least one year in the residential real estate sector.
- Preference for knowledge of Chicagoland markets and neighborhoods.
- Competence in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Outstanding oral and written communication capabilities.
- Robust planning, scheduling, and multi-tasking skills, demonstrated by deadline adherence.
