Lead the visual development of a fast-growing digital media and FinTech brand by building a scalable design system and collaborating with marketing and product teams to create engaging assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copyeditor and creative strategist to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create and manage Canva Brand Kits and self-service templates to support social media and paid media teams
- Oversee production of marketing materials such as ads, email designs, and sales presentations for Hammer Media and Dollarwise
- Design in-app visuals, icons, and educational illustrations for the Dollarwise product team
- Develop design playbooks and guidelines to maintain consistent visual standards company-wide
- Perform basic video editing and motion graphics for social and ad content to minimize external dependencies
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to align their work with internal design systems
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in visual design or creative management, preferably in startups or agencies
- Expert proficiency in Figma for detailed design and collaboration
- Advanced skills in Canva for creating and securing brand systems
- Foundational approach to establishing design operations from scratch, balancing strategy and execution
- Familiarity with AI tools like PhotoAI and ElevenLabs to enhance creative processes
