Take full ownership of Remescar’s global growth strategy and commercial performance while driving brand positioning, P&L, and cross-market execution in an entrepreneurial FMCG setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global growth strategy for Remescar, owning the 1–3 year brand plan and driving delivery across key markets.
- Define a clear, differentiated brand positioning, including purpose, claims, and visual identity.
- Own the full brand P&L, ensuring strong performance across sales, margin, and brand equity.
- Develop and guide global media and content strategies across retail, e-commerce (Amazon & D2C), and digital touchpoints.
- Create best-in-class global toolkits to win in-store and on the e-shelf.
- Partner with markets in implementing high-impact campaigns and optimizing path-to-purchase performance.
- Drive insight-led innovation and manage the product portfolio lifecycle to unlock growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, performance, and portfolio teams to accelerate online growth.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance, identifying opportunities and taking swift corrective action.
- Define global pricing and promotional strategies, supporting local market execution.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience in brand or product management within FMCG, health & beauty, or a fast-moving consumer environment.
- Proven track record of building brands and managing full P&L in competitive categories.
- Strong experience in e-commerce, including Amazon and D2C channels.
- Commercially driven, analytical, and confident working with data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across international teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
