Oversee and grow a portfolio of established vitamin and supplement brands by coordinating offline marketing activities, partnerships and performance monitoring within a collaborative, innovation-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day brand activities for a portfolio of leading supplement brands.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL offline campaigns, including radio, print, outdoor advertising and celebrity ambassador programmes.
  • Coordinate brand partnerships, licensed products, charity collaborations, sampling and offline BTL communications.
  • Align internal teams on brand plans and provide input into cross-functional campaigns.
  • Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Support new product development by contributing brand requirements and defining launch plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date brand assets and promotional materials compliant with industry regulations.
  • Organise internal and external marketing events and prepare brand presentations for sales and export teams.
  • Track marketing expenditure and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
  • Monitor brand performance using data sources such as Circana.

Qualifications

  • Extensive brand management and marketing experience, ideally within an FMCG branded environment.
  • Experience or strong interest in healthcare, nutrition or licensed brands.
  • Offline marketing expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong consumer and technical writing skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on team.
  • Strong organisational skills with flexibility to adapt to change.
