Global Marketing Lead responsible for driving compliant content and campaign delivery across international and local markets within a fast-growing life sciences scaleup focused on men’s health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of content assets and campaigns from brief to delivery across global and local markets while coordinating input from Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams.
- Ensure quality and compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice across all marketing materials.
- Own the full digital estate including corporate website, HubSpot CRM marketing programme, and TRTed platform.
- Manage analytics, track performance, and implement data-driven improvements to user journeys and campaign flows.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs, while delivering ROI reporting and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience in pharma or life sciences.
- Strong working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
- Proven experience managing digital channels including website, analytics, and CRM end-to-end.
- Solid background in campaign planning and ROI reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global and local content programmes.
