Seeking a Creative Project Manager to enhance the Brand team’s efficiency by managing campaign deliveries, optimizing workflows, and fostering cross-team collaboration in a vibrant digital retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete lifecycle of brand advertising campaigns from initial brief to final execution, guaranteeing timely and superior quality outcomes.
  • Develop and sustain efficient workflows for Advertising and Creative teams, identifying dependencies, monitoring advancements, and mitigating risks promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Lead to strategically allocate team resources, prioritizing high-impact projects.
  • Facilitate ongoing workflow sessions to align teams, resolve obstacles, and clarify focus areas.
  • Manage the brand briefing procedure, ensuring comprehensive and precise inputs from Brand, Social, Creative, and Channel teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison integrating Hello Studio, Social, Trade Marketing, Media Planning, and Buying for unified project delivery.
  • Assist Hello Studio Producers in crafting streamlined production schedules, tailoring creative assets for channels and prioritizing social-first content.
  • Enhance processes throughout the creative and production phases to enable scalable, cost-efficient output growth.

  • Proven expertise in project and workflow management, capable of guiding initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Superior abilities in planning, prioritization, and handling simultaneous workstreams in dynamic settings.
  • Effective, versatile communicator adept at distilling intricate processes for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Self-reliant worker who assumes responsibility in agile, high-velocity environments.
  • Robust stakeholder engagement skills, managing conflicting demands with assurance.
  • Outstanding precision and a drive for ongoing process refinement.
  • Prior collaboration with creative and production groups.
  • Solid knowledge of social and digital standards, including needs for social-first materials.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA or Monday.com.
  • Experience in rapid retail or comparable expansion-oriented sectors; regulated industry background advantageous.
