The Brand Manager position supports the implementation of ESR’s APAC brand strategy by ensuring consistent execution across regional markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing brand assets to enhance visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute ESR’s APAC brand strategy with consistency across markets and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with local champions and teams to develop marketing tools and materials aligned with business goals
  • Oversee brand assets, approvals, and governance for visual and verbal uniformity
  • Facilitate rollout of brand initiatives, such as identity updates and collateral creation
  • Analyze brand performance and provide actionable improvement insights
  • Enhance business presentations and key materials as needed
  • Foster relationships with external partners like design agencies and suppliers
  • Introduce innovative tools and resources to boost brand effectiveness
  • Review marketing content for accuracy and brand adherence before release
  • Maintain a repository of case studies and testimonials highlighting ESR’s achievements
  • Monitor and report on brand and marketing metrics for ongoing enhancement
  • Manage the ESR Group Marketing Toolbox for up-to-date accessibility on SharePoint
  • Contribute to marketing template refinements with creative guidance
  • Handle Templafy as the primary brand enablement tool
  • Uphold brand integrity in all representations
  • Assist with various brand and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Align with regional teams on campaigns and content to boost awareness while respecting local contexts
  • Oversee creative production with agencies for timely, quality outputs

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience, including strategic brand and property marketing in group or regional settings
  • Demonstrated success in executing brand strategies across diverse markets
  • Proficiency in managing external agencies and creative collaborators
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Canva
  • Familiarity with Templafy and Hubspot is advantageous
