The Marketing Lead for Tea will spearhead strategic initiatives for the US tea brand portfolio at TCP-USA, focusing on enhancing brand equity, driving innovation, and accelerating omnichannel growth with a emphasis on e-commerce, while fostering cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct annual strategic planning and business reviews, incorporating consumer insights, competitive analysis, and financial metrics.
- Oversee end-to-end strategy and performance for multiple tea brands, defining roles, positioning, and growth plans.
- Maintain brand health and equity by balancing investments, innovation, and market priorities.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure uniform brand identity in packaging, communications, visuals, and narratives.
- Manage e-commerce expansion across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces like Amazon, retailer sites, and quick commerce.
- Collaborate with digital teams on e-commerce execution, including product pages, brand stores, search optimization, reviews, content, and analytics.
- Drive e-commerce innovation and digital activations for online channel success.
- Foster relationships between international innovation and US execution teams for portfolio optimization.
- Mentor associate brand managers to enhance team capabilities.
- Work with sales on retail strategies, presentations, shopper marketing, and activations.
- Coordinate with supply chain on demand forecasting, product development, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee agency partners in creative, media, and research for impactful, data-driven outcomes.
- Handle brand P&L, including revenue projections, product mix, and budgeting.
- Analyze market data, research, and metrics to inform decisions; track trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of brand management experience (portfolio management preferred).
- Proven track record in managing brand P&L.
- Strong analytical abilities to convert insights into strategies.
- Experience in collaborative, matrixed global environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel approaches.
