Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine tone of voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives aligned with overall strategy
  • Develop compelling copy for website elements, email/SMS campaigns, organic social media, and packaging to maintain consistency and emotional impact
  • Produce content that enhances brand authority, supports SEO efforts, and provides value to audiences focused on healthier home living
  • Adapt social media copy for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, collaborating with creators for authentic execution
  • Craft scripts for product videos, social content, and extended storytelling formats that align with messaging objectives
  • Collaborate on go-to-market product launches, transforming features into benefit-driven stories integrated with the brand narrative
  • Guide creative teams on verbal-visual alignment, providing feedback and developing scalable guidelines for brand execution
  • Manage copy for physical assets like packaging, manuals, and inserts to reinforce brand voice and enhance user experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in copywriting, marketing, or communications, with 3-6+ years of multi-channel experience including email/SMS, web, and long-form content
  • Proven track record in lifecycle copy such as welcome flows, promotions, re-engagement, and transactional messages
  • Knowledge of SEO practices and their integration with copy for organic search optimization
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo and basic performance metrics; scriptwriting for video or brand content preferred
  • Background in startup, DTC, or e-commerce copywriting, including direct mail, landing pages, and organic social
  • Exceptional writing skills to simplify complex concepts into engaging narratives across formats and audiences
  • Strategic mindset for linking copy to broader narratives and creating scalable frameworks
  • Strong judgment and taste to deliver high-quality feedback and maintain consistency
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives independently
  • Collaborative influencer skilled in cross-functional partnerships with creative, lifecycle, e-commerce, and product teams
  • Detail-oriented focus on craft across all touchpoints, from campaigns to instructions
