Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and development to internal and external creative teams, setting priorities, workflows, and standards
- Offer constructive feedback to enhance design, video, photography, and content quality
- Lead visual direction and execution for marketing channels, translating brand strategy into cohesive campaigns and launches
- Maintain consistency across website, ads, email, packaging, social media, and retail materials
- Develop creative standards, templates, and systems for efficient high-quality production
- Guide visual storytelling through imagery, design, and video that captures authentic outdoor experiences
- Collaborate with creative professionals to balance lifestyle narratives with product clarity
- Manage the creative pipeline for various assets, providing hands-on support as needed

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in design, creative direction, or related creative roles
- Experience leading teams of designers, photographers, videographers, or creative partners
