Oversee the global branding and content strategy for GAIN, collaborating with leadership and business units to craft a cohesive identity and engaging narratives across digital platforms, enhancing awareness and connections with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Creative Studio to create the GAIN Brand Book, outlining identity, tone, and visual elements for all interactions.
- Develop and distribute branded resources such as social templates, event materials, and internal tools, while maintaining brand consistency across the organization and units.
- Support business unit teams with brand and content needs when required.
- Direct the production of central audiovisual content, including showreels and thought leadership videos, in partnership with teams to deliver insightful storytelling on digital platforms.
- Maintain a centralized repository of premium content assets and usage guidelines for team-wide application.
- Manage the GAIN website’s content quality, technical maintenance, and ongoing improvements, including leading its redesign in terms of design, structure, user experience, and creativity.
- Formulate and execute SEO and PPC initiatives to boost visibility, interaction, and results in key markets and expansion zones.
- Handle social media planning, including platform tactics, campaign rollout, and performance enhancements.
- Monitor business unit marketing efforts to identify and promote group-level content and narratives.
- Foster inter-unit partnerships for collaborative initiatives that strengthen the GAIN brand and generate results.
- Create and send tailored newsletters to specific groups, covering insights, updates, and internal news.
- Implement efficient workflows for content creation, review, and distribution organization-wide.
- Align operations between Marketing, Creative Studio, and business units for optimal coordination.
- Mentor and co-manage the Marketing Executive to aid their growth and task management.
- Serve as the primary resource for best practices in branding, content, and social media within GAIN.

- Have track record in overseeing websites, content workflows, and brand introductions using internal and external collaborators.
