The Junior Marketing Manager oversees the execution of marketing strategies, manages content creation across channels, leads sales campaigns and events, and handles internal and external communications in a global tech environment requiring travel and cultural adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing processes by collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement strategies within timelines and budgets, and manage external vendors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain product marketing and sales materials in alignment with brand guidelines, working with product managers.
- Handle external communications via website, social media, and press releases, while managing internal communications and the company intranet.
- Execute marketing campaigns synchronized with sales and product strategies.
- Administer marketing software tools like HubSpot and SurveyMonkey for campaigns and surveys.
- Organize and oversee industry events, including booth design, material procurement, and evening networking activities, attending approximately five global events annually.
- Contribute to marketing strategy development under leadership, focusing on brand management and corporate identity.
- Plan and adhere to marketing budgets for cost-effective operations.
- Monitor, measure, and report on marketing communication effectiveness, maintaining internal updates across company functions.
Qualifications
- At least three years of proven marketing experience, preferably in tech or telco sectors.
- Degree-level education or equivalent, plus CIM or similar marketing qualification.
- Willingness to travel globally about five times per year.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and content design tools.
- Experience in product marketing, content creation, and managing large-scale events.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
