The Head of Marketing will drive strategic brand and product marketing for Trinny London, reporting to the CMO, while leading global campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional activations to strengthen brand equity and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the product marketing roadmap and strategy for launches and reactivations
  • Lead brand campaigns and always-on strategy to deliver customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Partner with Product Development to shape and articulate product propositions
  • Own the global marketing calendar to ensure continuous storytelling and brand salience
  • Build product marketing frameworks to support decision-making, pricing, messaging, and positioning
  • Develop trusted partnerships with Social, PR, Creative, Product Innovation, Retail, and Ecomm/Digital
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Drive multi-channel marketing activations with robust measurement and optimisation
  • Act as liaison between creative and commercial teams to align activity with brand and business goals
  • Serve as expert on trends, consumer insights, and market dynamics

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience at Head of Marketing or equivalent senior level driving brand vision and departmental growth
  • Proven ability to architect and execute integrated activation plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strong financial acumen with data-driven insights to optimise commercial performance and ROI
  • Track record of mentoring and scaling high-performance teams
  • Deep-rooted marketing fluency with comprehensive understanding of the media landscape
  • Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and driving alignment
  • Strong communicator who presents with confidence and influences stakeholders at all levels
  • Thrives in fast-paced agile environments with focus on detail and high-stakes prioritisation
