Lead marketing strategy and campaigns for Private Luxury Events on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. Oversee a two-person team, align marketing with commercial targets, and strengthen brand presence while supporting revenue growth across luxury travel and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial goals into measurable marketing plans with clear ROI
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, email, social, content, PR and partner channels
  • Develop and optimise paid media and performance marketing activity with the commercial team
  • Champion brand consistency and creative excellence in storytelling and visual identity
  • Create thought leadership and high-quality content to position the brand within luxury travel and lifestyle
  • Build strategic partnerships and manage relationships with luxury brands, media and industry stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while managing departmental budgets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and improve effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle or premium events
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams
  • Strong brand marketing and creative campaign experience with both brand and performance marketing success
  • Track record developing lead-generation strategies and improving marketing ROI
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumers and premium customer experiences
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and managing senior external stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activity directly to business outcomes
  • Excellent project, budget and prioritisation skills plus outstanding written, verbal and presentation abilities
  • Collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, creativity and comfort working at pace
  • AI-first marketing knowledge and willingness to adopt new technologies
