Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global brand strategy in wealth management, targeting HNWI/UHNWI and institutions while maintaining consistency across channels
- Develop acquisition strategies for HNWI, UHNWI, and family offices, including relationship-focused funnels and segmented outreach
- Oversee multi-channel communications like private events, partnerships, digital platforms, and thought leadership to uphold premium positioning
- Forge partnerships in financial networks, lead industry events, and enhance presence in global financial centers
- Manage production of insights, research, content, PR, and executive thought leadership
- Direct digital marketing including web, SEO, campaigns, and performance tracking with data-driven optimization
- Lead marketing team, collaborate with investment, product, and business development for alignment with growth goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior marketing leadership in financial services such as wealth management, private banking, fintech, or asset management
- Proven expertise marketing to HNWI/UHNWI audiences with success in premium brand building and client acquisition
- Experience with complex products featuring low awareness or extended sales cycles
- Track record in global/multi-market campaigns, partnerships, PR, and high-level events
- Data-driven approach with strong marketing analytics, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required
