The Graphic Designer position involves creating visual assets for diverse marketing efforts including print, digital, social media, ads, events, merchandise, and brand initiatives in a dynamic, team-oriented setting focused on a prominent Nevada brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative assets for social media campaigns, digital ads, display banners, website graphics, web layouts, billboards, out-of-home advertising, print materials, promotional items, merchandise, event signage, motion graphics, animation, internal marketing, and presentations.
  • Partner with marketing leaders on campaign ideas and execution.
  • Maintain brand uniformity across all platforms and deliverables.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
  • Contribute to website and digital marketing projects.
  • Support photography, video, and content creation efforts as required.
  • Integrate AI tools into design workflows.
  • Create print brochures, collateral, signage, and merchandise visuals.
  • Collaborate across teams including marketing, intake, events, agencies, and content/SEO.
  • Optimize visuals for web and SEO through file optimization, alt-text, and accessibility.
  • Oversee content calendars and deliverables aligned with plans.
  • Offer creative advice for events, activations, and digital/traditional strategies.
  • Keep abreast of trends in design, AI, and social media tools.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio with digital and print examples.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media creative practices.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Openness to feedback and quick adaptation.
  • Interest in AI design tools and emerging technologies.
  • Preferred: Background in professional services/law, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Preferred: Bilingual skills, especially Spanish.
  • Preferred: Basic photography or live production knowledge.
  • Preferred: Hands-on AI experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalents.
