Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as one-pagers, email assets, newsletters, trade show materials, and sales support items.
- Translate technical product and company information into visually engaging assets that strengthen the Amprius brand in a B2B tech setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create refined creative outputs for product launches, campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Assist in reporting on engagement and campaign results to guide future creative strategies.
- Develop and update visual and digital content for the website to align with new products, events, and campaigns.
- Contribute to website improvements including layout, user experience, and SEO-optimized content display.
- Produce branded assets and copy for social platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across digital platforms.
- Create short-form digital items like graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and campaign visuals that follow brand guidelines.
- Aid in organic social campaigns via visual storytelling and asset creation.
- Design presentations and branded materials for internal and external use.
- Support the development and application of visual brand standards in marketing outputs.
- Contribute to visual assets and inputs for corporate videos, product demos, and animations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners on timelines, reviews, and deliverables for video projects.
- Assist with storyboarding, slide design, script support, and creative reviews.
- Ensure video and motion content meets brand standards, campaign objectives, and product messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, or related marketing roles, ideally in B2B technology.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma.
- Strong skills in visual design, layout, branding, and clear communication.
- Experience producing digital assets for social media, presentations, email, web, or sales collateral.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern workflows for creative efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience working with external creative vendors or agencies is advantageous.
