Zipliens seeks its first dedicated Director of Marketing to establish and run the marketing function from scratch. In this high-impact, hands-on leadership role, you will translate business goals into campaigns, support client and pipeline growth, manage brand messaging, and own events and operations as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate company priorities into marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Partner with Client Success to improve engagement, adoption, and retention; support product and service communications.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on pipeline generation through content, campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Lead end-to-end execution for industry conferences and field events, including pre- and post-campaigns and logistics.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning across client-facing and internal materials; translate complex offerings into clear narratives.
  • Build marketing workflows, calendars, campaign tracking, and own tools, automation, and CRM integrations; leverage analytics and AI to scale impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services.
  • Experience operating as primary or sole marketing owner or within a lean, scaling team.
  • Proven ability to independently identify priorities, build plans, and execute with limited direction.
  • Track record partnering cross-functionally to drive growth, client engagement, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience executing campaigns tied to pipeline generation and supporting conferences or field events end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing and external messaging.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and create structure in ambiguous environments.

  • Base salary range $107,000 - $144,000 annually plus discretionary bonus opportunity
