Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual brand and creative direction, evolving identity and design systems for Paleovalley and Wild Pastures
- Ensure visual cohesion across business channels, aligning with Growth, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams
- Translate brand strategy into creative execution for campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Drive creative development for growth, retention, and retail, balancing performance and brand integrity
- Build scalable brand guidelines, packaging, and retail creative systems
- Lead and scale the creative function, mentoring teams and establishing processes
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of creative experience with leadership in high-growth DTC or CPG brands
- Proven track record in visual creative for DTC and retail
- Strong hands-on design expertise with high-quality portfolio in visual identity, campaigns, and systems
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience in paid media, ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, packaging, and retail
- Ability to collaborate with growth teams for conversion-optimized creative
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Passion for health, wellness, food, or mission-driven brands
- Bonus: Experience in food/supplement brands, DTC-to-retail scaling, packaging systems, Amazon creative
