Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead global localization strategy, establishing Feeld’s presence in various markets
• Collaborate with data and research teams to identify growth opportunities, set targets, and analyze cultural nuances
• Develop and execute market-specific marketing plans rooted in insights
• Drive expansion into emerging markets with strategies emphasizing community fit and long-term potential
• Partner with brand and creative teams to create globally cohesive yet locally expressive campaigns
• Test messaging and campaigns in local markets to inform global strategy
• Build understanding of subcultures and ensure diverse, progressive representation
• Establish feedback mechanisms between markets and core teams to influence brand, product, and growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global or regional marketing, including 3+ years in leadership with proven localization strategy experience
• Expertise in consumer brands focusing on cultural relevance and identity
• Proficiency in data and research for strategic insights and people understanding
• Cultural awareness and curiosity about subcultures, relationships, and connections
• Experience in thoughtful market expansion and scaling
