Creative Marketing Director at Marriage Reset, co-leading brand vision and strategy to drive creative direction across marketing channels, enhancing conversions, revenue, and engagement in a high-growth online coaching firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop monthly creative strategies from data insights, including hooks, angles, and campaigns for organic and paid content.
  • Oversee and direct all creative output across paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, and video scripts, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Build, manage, and elevate the creative team including designers, video editors, and copywriters.
  • Own and refine the Marriage Reset brand, signing off on all messaging and copy before it goes to market.
  • Collaborate with media buying and growth teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance data.

Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses.
  • Proven track record overseeing $1M+ funnels with a strong understanding of voice-of-customer research.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams, manage QA processes, and own final approvals.
  • Strong copywriting literacy with the ability to brief, review, and elevate copy produced by your team.
  • An analytical mindset with a genuine obsession for testing, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
