The Creative Marketing Director will collaborate with the Co-Founder to shape the company’s vision and brand strategy, managing creative elements across all client interactions to enhance conversions, revenue, and engagement levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide monthly creative plans derived from data analysis, incorporating engaging hooks, perspectives, and initiatives for both organic and paid materials.
  • Supervise and coordinate all creative deliverables in areas such as advertisements, web pages, email campaigns, and video content to maintain uniformity and excellence.
  • Assemble, lead, and enhance the creative team comprising graphic designers, video specialists, and content writers.
  • Maintain and perfect the brand identity for Marriage Reset, providing final approval on all communications and text prior to launch.
  • Partner with advertising and expansion teams to experiment, refine, and improve creative elements using performance analytics.

Qualifications

  • At least seven years in creative leadership roles within premium coaching or service-oriented enterprises.
  • Established success in managing revenue funnels exceeding $1 million, coupled with deep knowledge of customer feedback analysis.
  • Proven expertise in directing creative groups, implementing quality assurance protocols, and handling ultimate sign-offs.
  • Solid proficiency in copywriting, enabling effective instructions, evaluations, and enhancements of team-generated content.
  • Data-oriented approach with a strong commitment to experimentation, key performance indicators, and ongoing enhancements.
