JustPark seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations to serve as the operational backbone for its growing performance marketing team. The role owns dashboards, reporting frameworks, audience segmentation in Hightouch, and a structured experimentation program that informs channel strategy and investment decisions across paid, owned, and CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, own and iterate dashboards and performance reports for all marketing channels in Tableau, defining and maintaining core KPIs aligned to acquisition, retention and CLTV targets.
  • Own end-to-end marketing audience creation and management in Hightouch, translating customer data into precise segments for activation across email, paid media, push and in-app channels.
  • Design and execute a structured experimentation roadmap, running A/B and multivariate tests across content, audience, timing and channel variables, and translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data pipelines between the analytics stack, data warehouse and activation platforms while ensuring GDPR-compliant data governance and audience documentation.
  • Partner with channel leads, BI, Engineering and Finance on budget tracking, forecasting, scenario planning and robust tracking instrumentation for accurate ROAS, CAC and incrementality measurement.
  • Consolidate data from platforms including GA4, Appsflyer, Google Ads, Meta, Iterable and Amplitude into a single source of truth for reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations, with proven experience building reporting and audience infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
  • Manager or Senior Manager-level experience with the ability to independently own workstreams and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or comparable modern data warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP or reverse ETL tool; Hightouch experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Looker or equivalent data visualisation tools.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Braze or Iterable, and DV360.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement concepts including MMP-based attribution, incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modelling.
  • Proven experience designing and analysing A/B tests with clear understanding of statistical significance and test design principles.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R is desirable but not essential.
  • Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
