Marketing Data Analyst III role at a major U.S. insurer, focusing on data and analytics for direct-to-consumer sales and marketing of auto, property, and ancillary products to drive acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability through advanced analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis on product and campaign performance, customer profiling/segmentation, trend analysis, opportunity identification, A/B testing, and profitability
- Develop necessary reporting for analysis and support distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability via advanced analytic projects
- Implement local market planning and analysis, leveraging agent and district information for business decisions on opportunities, agent segmentation, and planning
- Assist in creating scorecards, agency development presentations for senior leadership, and campaign management reporting
- Support diverse projects including planning, agency segmentation, and deriving actionable rules for trigger-based marketing campaigns
- Devise innovative applications for existing concepts, create and refine analytics, compile and maintain reports and charts for distribution
- Analyze and report adverse trends to distribution management, coordinate with team members on distribution projects
- Represent the team on data integration projects to ensure accurate sales and marketing reporting, work cross-functionally within the direct business unit and across the enterprise
