Prosci seeks a Marketing Performance Analyst for its Performance Marketing team within the Global Marketing Center of Acceleration. The position focuses on transforming data from HubSpot and various marketing channels into actionable insights, emphasizing root cause analysis and strategic recommendations to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting for leadership and Performance team, delivering clear narratives on what, so what, and now what.
- Proactively identify anomalies, trends, and shifts with hypotheses on causes and recommended actions.
- Translate channel and funnel data into business terms, highlighting successes, failures, adjustments needed, and risks of inaction.
- Provide B2B KPI reporting across global regions and segments like Enterprise vs. Practitioner, ensuring consistent definitions and transparent limitations.
- Manage HubSpot as primary reporting source, including custom reports, attribution views, campaign performance, lifecycle analysis, and dashboards.
- Analyze funnel conversions from MQL to Closed Won, tracking lead quality, rates, and velocity to link marketing to revenue.
- Apply and refine multi-touch attribution models for B2B sales cycles, identifying data quality issues and collaborating with Marketing Ops.
- Report on performance of email, content, paid media, social, webinars, and events, focusing on CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and revenue.
- Support ABM measurement for enterprise accounts and analyze A/B test results to inform optimizations.
- Build decision-ready dashboards in HubSpot and Looker Studio for regional and leadership use.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales, and regional teams on data alignment, quality, and consistent practices.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent; 2-5 years B2B marketing analytics experience; demonstrated HubSpot reporting; channel familiarity; track record of proactive insights; agency experience preferred.
