Prosci seeks a Marketing Performance Analyst for its Performance Marketing team within the Global Marketing Center of Acceleration. The position drives accelerated, informed marketing decisions by managing performance reporting and insights across HubSpot and major channels including paid, email, content, social, and events, emphasizing data interpretation, root cause exploration, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting for leadership and the Performance team, delivering narratives focused on what happened, its implications, and next steps, avoiding mere data presentation.
  • Identify anomalies, trends, and shifts proactively, providing hypotheses on causes and suggested actions.
  • Interpret channel and funnel data into business terms, highlighting successes, failures, required changes, and costs of inaction.
  • Produce B2B KPI reports across global regions and segments like Enterprise and Practitioner, ensuring consistent definitions and clear limitations.
  • Utilize HubSpot as the main reporting platform for custom reports, attribution analysis, campaign performance, lifecycle stages, and dashboards.
  • Examine funnel conversion trends from MQL to Closed Won, assessing lead quality, rates, and velocity to link marketing to revenue.
  • Apply and refine multi-touch attribution models suited to B2B cycles, acknowledging model limitations.
  • Detect and address data quality problems like missing UTMs or inconsistencies, collaborating with Marketing Ops.
  • Evaluate performance in email, content, paid media (LinkedIn, Google), social, webinars, and events, emphasizing CAC, pipeline impact, ROAS, and revenue generation.
  • Facilitate ABM measurement for enterprise accounts, focusing on account-level engagement.
  • Review A/B test outcomes for ads, landing pages, and emails, identifying effective elements, reasons, and future tests.
  • Identify optimization chances such as budget reallocations or audience adjustments based on data.
  • Create simple, reliable dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Looker Studio for teams and leaders.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing on channel metrics, Marketing Ops on data integrity and tracking, and Sales on pipeline alignment and lead standards.
  • Assist regional marketers in understanding dashboards and maintaining uniform measurement globally.

  • Excel proficiency: pivots, formulas, quick analysis.
  • Nice-to-have: Looker Studio, Salesforce, data integration, SEO/SEMrush.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years B2B marketing analytics or performance experience.
  • Proven HubSpot reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of channels like email, content, paid, social, events and funnel ties.
  • History of delivering proactive insights and actions.
  • Agency background preferred.
