Support Finance and Distribution teams with advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights to drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that delivers clear, accurate, and actionable insights
- Provide analytics on agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness to Finance and Distribution stakeholders
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for strategic decision-making
- Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency and Distribution initiatives
- Support predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based advanced analytics projects
- Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions
- Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other teams to define requirements and priorities
- Translate complex findings into clear business insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while managing priorities and timelines
- Research market trends and competitive intelligence to contextualize business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience in business analytics, reporting, finance analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting methodologies
- Ability to perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools (preferred)
- Understanding of financial reporting, business performance measurement, or distribution analytics (plus)
