Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for category, trade, and shopper marketing.
  • Examine insights from categories and departments to optimize promotion impact, product distribution, and retail visibility.
  • Assess market dynamics and suggest innovative business prospects.
  • Monitor promotion outcomes, evaluate data, and offer practical suggestions.
  • Create reports on sales, finances, and trade metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years in trade marketing, brand management, or data analysis roles.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Background in brokerage or sales analysis preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Familiarity with profit and loss statements preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Access, or comparable database software preferred.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector preferred.
