DATAMARK seeks a Web Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist to manage website and marketing technology, ensuring stability, precise tracking, and valuable insights for digital channels while partnering with marketing, sales, and tech teams to enhance campaigns and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain website health, covering speed, responsiveness, accessibility, security, redirects, and structural integrity.
- Implement technical SEO practices, managing metadata, indexing, schema, and internal linking.
- Oversee analytics and tracking systems like GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution frameworks.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion performance to detect issues and suggest enhancements.
- Validate tracking for paid media and email campaigns, examine post-click actions, and ensure data reliability.
- Develop email templates, schedule and launch campaigns, and handle email operations including QA, UTMs, segmentation, and tracking.
- Integrate and automate marketing technologies across CMS, CRM, analytics, ad platforms, and other systems.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus tools like Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Proficiency in website management, including CMS updates, page creation, site structure, and technical upkeep.
- Expertise in web analytics and tracking, encompassing GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution models.
- Skills in site health monitoring, including performance tuning, mobile optimization, accessibility, redirects, and crawl error resolution.
- Analytical abilities to assess user interactions, pinpoint conversion barriers, and propose data-informed solutions.
- Background in supporting paid media and email efforts via tracking verification, post-click evaluation, and diagnostics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web/data analytics, information systems, marketing technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years in web analytics, website management, data analytics, or technical marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in web analytics, digital analysis, or comparable position.
