Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full analytics operations for the marketing team, monitoring sessions, bounce rates, conversions, and lead quality across channels
- Develop practical dashboards to deliver actionable performance insights that inform key decisions
- Assess campaign effectiveness from start to finish and recommend targeted improvements
- Conduct ongoing tests and optimizations, including A/B experiments on headlines, calls-to-action, landing pages, and email subjects
- Monitor AI trends and search evolutions, optimizing content for traditional SEO and generative search
- Perform keyword analysis and create data-informed content outlines to enhance search rankings and user engagement
- Refine overall content approaches to adapt to changing algorithms and improve visibility

- Produce and revise content for educational resources, websites, and email initiatives based on data-driven insights

Qualifications
