Associate Insight Director role overseeing end-to-end delivery of insight projects, platform and community management, and operational support for a cultural insight consultancy focused on UK women. The position guides junior team members, supports commercial growth, and integrates AI tools while working closely with the Head of Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of insight projects including design, methodology, timelines, budgets, research management, analysis and client presentations.
  • Generate culturally relevant insight, identify trends and translate data into clear strategic narratives for clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee research platforms, supplier relationships and the quality of research communities to maintain efficient, scalable insights operations.
  • Support internal insight programmes, respond to ad-hoc data requests and embed data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
  • Contribute to client proposals, pitches and commercial materials; build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Guide junior team members, manage project workflows, support continuous process improvement and integrate AI tools into research practices.

Qualifications

  • Designs and manages complex qualitative and quantitative research with rigour and business relevance.
  • Interprets data sets, identifies patterns and translates findings into actionable insight and narratives.
  • Builds and maintains client and stakeholder relationships while understanding commercial drivers.
  • Manages external partners for quality, cost and timeline delivery; applies new tools including AI to enhance insight generation.
  • Comfortable running market research projects end-to-end with limited supervision in agency, consultancy or client-side settings.
  • Experience with mixed-methods research, use of research platforms/communities, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
