Support the Director of Ecommerce & Digital in a hands-on execution role focused on maintaining clean ecommerce data, coordinating analytical tasks, and building tracking foundations for a newly launched social commerce channel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and maintain weekly and monthly ecommerce performance reports across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Extract and clean data from platform dashboards and internal BI tools, flagging anomalies or trends.
- Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards revealing key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and sell-through.
- Support the design and tracking of test & learn experiments, documenting hypotheses and preparing result summaries.
- Coordinate social commerce efforts across Marketing, PR, Sales, and Content teams, including scheduling, project trackers, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and maintain analytics tracking for TikTok Shop and live commerce, capturing content performance, livestream metrics, and campaign results.
- Conduct structured analysis on content formats, livestreamer profiles, timing, and performance drivers to answer Director-prioritised questions.
- Prepare analysis decks and data summaries for internal presentations and stakeholder reviews.
- Document learnings and processes as the social commerce programme develops.
Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including structured trackers, pivot tables, and summary reports.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with proactive issue flagging.
- Clear communicator able to summarise data findings in plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
- Organised with ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Curious about ecommerce, social media, and consumer behaviour.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Basic SQL or Python for data extraction.
- Prior internship in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail analytics.
- Active TikTok user with intuitive understanding of content performance.
